Delhi Deli didn’t need help getting noticed.

AI retail optimization uses artificial intelligence to enhance various facets of retail operations by automating decision-making and improving overall efficiency. This includes optimizing inventory management, where AI predicts demand patterns and adjusts stock levels to reduce overstock and stockouts.

The ask wasn’t visibility.

Delhi Deli had built serious momentum offline. But that momentum wasn’t translating digitally. Their visual language lacked consistency. Their website didn’t exist. And while their food was picture-perfect, their social media didn’t quite do it justice.

The Approach

We built a brand that whets the appetite
The new identity was young, bold, and Instagram-friendly—without being gimmicky. We created a brand system that worked across stickers, cups, flyers, story highlights, and even uniforms. The packaging followed suit: punchy, playful, on-theme.
The website became a digital walk-in
We built a fast-loading, mobile-optimized website that showcased the full menu, highlighted party/catering services, and included a simple “Enquire Now” flow. The photography-led layout did the talking, while the structure made it easy to browse and act.
Social content with both flavor and flair
We leaned into local humor, seasonal moments, and food puns—while keeping the tone consistent and premium. Trend-hijacking reels, visual grids, festive campaigns, and UGC all played a role. Every caption told a story. Every post had a point.
SEO that served up results
Our strategy focused on search intent: “best Indian food Yangon,” “catering near me,” “hygienic food delivery.” We optimized for mobile-first performance, improved load speed, and built backlinks through local listing placements, blogs, and guest content.
